Board Chair
Richard Wilkins is an attorney in Mobile, Alabama. He began practicing law in 1990 with the law firm of Vickers, Riis, Murray and later with Maynard, Cooper & Gale. In 2020 Richard started his current firm where he practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and commercial transactions. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hancock Whitney Corporation. He previously served as a Director of Providence Hospital, Mobile Association for the Blind, and American Red Cross. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Mobile. Richard and his wife Jeanie have three sons and one granddaughter.
President / CEO
Frank Harkins has a long tenure of serving as President/CEO of Goodwill Gulf Coast (formerly Goodwill/Easter Seals), having accepted the role in 1979. Frank has a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University with a focus in Rehabilitation and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Alabama Birmingham in Rehabilitation Counseling. He began the first five years of his career at the Alabama Institute for the Deaf and Blind, which was instrumental to his understanding the needs of individuals with disabilities. He and his wife Debbie together have 5 children and 12 grandchildren.
Chief Operating Officer
Cindy Larry joined Goodwill Gulf Coast in 2015 following a long career in the nonprofit sector and public accounting. A Certified Public Accountant, Cindy has a degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Alabama. She began her career at Goodwill Gulf Coast as Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2019. Her responsibilities include the areas of strategic planning, finance, information technology, and contract services. Cindy spends her spare time with family and volunteering in the community.

Human Resources & Mission Service
Ginny Turner has served Goodwill Gulf Coast since 2009, starting in Human Resources and expanding her role to include Mission Services in 2020. Ginny holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama and certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and Certified Business Engagement Professional (CBEP). Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ginny is deeply committed to family life and enjoys supporting her children’s athletic pursuits. She is often found at sports fields and gyms, cheering on her kids.

Marketing & Development
Tony Zodrow has served nonprofits since 1990, focusing on administration, fundraising, and marketing. He joined Goodwill Gulf Coast in 2023. Tony has overseen five successful capital campaigns and many annual fundraising campaigns that exceeded their goals. In addition, he has received numerous marketing awards including the Gold MAC (Marketing, Achievement and Creativity) award from the Giant Screen Theater Association. Tony holds a Master’s degree in Communications from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Arkansas. He and his wife Shawna have two children, Jackson and Rachel.

Donated Goods & Retail
Barry Reed has been with Goodwill Gulf Coast since 2007, starting as a donation attendant and progressing through roles as an assistant manager, trainer, and assistant vice president, before becoming the Vice President of Donated Goods in 2016. Barry holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing his master’s degree at the University of West Florida. In his current role, Barry oversees retail operations throughout GGC’s 10-county region, focusing on creating effective solutions to operational challenges. Outside of work, Barry is passionate about animals and runs a small rescue farm with pigs, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats.
