Goodwill Gulf Coast provides skill training classes to assist individuals in acquiring the necessary credentials for employment and career advancement in industry-specific occupations. Options include Forklift Operator, Logistics Training, Healthcare and Hospitality/Tourism. Information Technology (IT) Certifications are also available as a course or can be combined with a skill training class to enhance computer skills.
Job Training and Placement Services

Goodwill Gulf Coast offers comprehensive support to people seeking job training and employment, particularly those facing barriers to finding and maintaining jobs. Job training programs provide the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Placement services help participants find employment opportunities in their field of interest.

Disability assistance, education, the environment, community awareness, and business connections are just a few. Financial Wellness & Free Tax Prep (VITA)
Alabama and Florida
Through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, low to moderate income families are able to file their federal and state returns for free with assistance from a volunteer, IRS-certified, and trained tax preparer.

Goodwill Gulf Coast offers English Language classes in Mobile and Baldwin counties, providing individuals with the opportunity to improve their English language skills and enabling them to better communicate and integrate into English-speaking communities.
